Admission Procedure

AGE CRITERIA - ADMISSION TO CLASS NURSERY AND PREP ELIGIBILITY

Sr. No.     Session 2023-24
1            Minimum age 3+ years as on 31st March 2023 for Class Nursery.
2            Minimum age 4+ years as on 31st March 2023 for Class LKG
3            Minimum age 5+ years as on 31st March 2023 for Class UKG
4            The admission will be through informal interaction with the child as well as the parents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE FORM/PAYMENT

Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.

ENTRANCE

For classes Pre-primary admission an interaction will be conducted.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Only the selected candidates will receive an email/call regarding the grant of admission/ their selection and further process.

The school reserves the right to grant/reject any admission application wihout assigning any reason.

ADMISSION

For Classes Nursery & Prep

  • A brief interaction of the child with the teachers, followed by an interaction of the parents with the Principal.
  • Date, time and venue will be shared 2-3 days before the interaction.
    A hard copy of the registration form (duly filled) is required on the day of interaction.
  • Communication of the result to the parents through an email/call, if the selection is approved.
  • Admission formalities to be fulfilled within 3 days of selection.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the Admission Form:

  • Brith Certificate (Admission for Nursery to Class I).
  • Current Residence Proof (Ration Card/Voter Id Card/Utility Bill/ Rent
  • Agreement/Sale Deed/ Aadhaar Card).
  • Photo ID proof of both the parents (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Id-Card).
  • 4 Passport size latest photograph of the child and both the parents.
  • 2 passport size latest photograph of the guardian (if applicable).
  • Academic Progress Card of the previous class attended by the student (for admission in grade III and above).
  • Blood group report of the child.
  • Attested copies of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
  • Affidavit of the Guardianship is to be submitted if the student lives with a local guardian.
  • Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (only for students seeking admission in Class II onwards).
