The Right Curriculum
We strongly feel that our curriculum reflects the children, families, and wider community within which we are connected. At Lancers, we are continually evolving our pedagogical approach to meet the realities of the modern-day world. Our Early Years curriculum is based on Helen O’Grady to create opportunities for educators to foster open-ended, child-led activities with dramas and role-plays which harness the child’s ingrained curiosities. Furthermore, we believe and emphasise that children are inherently connected to nature and it is our pedagogical imperative to nurture this connection.
The inclusion of Digital Boards provides thrilling visual experiences to make learning logical as well as interesting; henceforth bridging the gap between theoretically bookish knowledge and practical experience through group discussion not only inside the school but also outside the school premises.
